Hello everyone. Sorry i might sound abit emotional. But I'll be going to tekong tmr! In face, around 9 more hours then go le! Going sleep soon, and haven't pack my bag, so this post will be quite hurried!

Ubin Trip with Elmer, Esmond and Yifeng on Saturday! Never been there, but i really liked the nature and the never ending roads to cycle on. Picnic brunch at the tower was superb! Haha, there was ham, tuna, bread and chocolates!

CCA Chalet on sunday was uber cool! Haha, heard so much stories from everyone and feel abit bad coz i dun have much to share lol. But i know we'll meet again definitely! Hope i'll have more to share then! Gonna miss dipping at Toa Payoh swimming complex hahaha. And thanks elmer and esmond for organising the chalet!

PAE Chalet also on sunday was surprisingly fun! Haha, didn't know everyone was still super super friendly after not meeting for so long! I didnt even feel awkward there! Thanks for inviting me, huijun (and weichao also hahaha)! Also met Nic Tan, Nic Toh, Billy, Wahida, Qiuyu and Ziqi! Not to mention Nicky tan jie xun hahaha, the unlucky charm. Coz after he left the room, Huijun and i started winning non-stop at Blackjack!

CLASS Chalet on Monday was Okay.. JUST KIDDING! Hahaha, even though i was tired at night, i really enjoyed the kbox session with Yongjie, Eeyen, Szejun and ESTHER(must emphasize the only girl lol). And when we returned from k-ing, chit chat session was also very enjoyable cause everyone said what we thought of each other! Thanks for all the compliments and saying i'm TOO nice. I'm not nice okay, i'm really evil.. i might suck ur blood if i had the chance! Hahaha, i'm sure jonathan audio recorded everything good we said about him! Hehe jk la, dun so serious!

Farewell lunch with Szejun, Zhangchuan, Desmond and Yongjie this afternoon! Thanks for making my last civilian day so jam-packed! Then we had bball session with Kevan and Kelvin(s211 i think) until around 8pm! lol, thanks for letting me win at D.I.E. so i wont die in NS!

Although it might sound cliche or whatever, but i'm really gonna miss everyone. 2e1 friends and 4r2 friends! I'll be back in 2 weeks i guess, just in time to bring u guys luck for chinese new year! Haha, lead wonderful lives everyone! Thanks for everything! Cya around =D

Top 10 things i miss about school

Well, lemme see, it has been 1... 2... ...26 days since i've been to school! I know some people don't like school (eeyen, yongjie lol) but there's definitely some things that we do miss at school right!

No.10 - Jonathan
LOL, I have no idea what his reaction would be. But I kinda miss his bhb habits and super-entertaining egoistic ways! Haha, i mean it in a good way. It crackles me alot, especially during boring days! So the least important of the ten things i miss about school - Jon Lim! (Well at least your in the top 10! hahaha)

No.9 - PE Lessons
Always my fav lesson! Love the anticipation u get during the lesson before PE! Cause u look at the clock while the teacher is speaking, then do a countdown every 5mins! Especially when the lesson is econs, cause time past quickly when ur mind isn't thinking! Hahah! No offence to Ms Ng of course, she's an incredible person! And anyway, i don't fancy Sergeant Choy or something (HOD of PE, super-fit lady), i just like playing basketball with different people in school!

No.8 - MAT-Rice Stall
Okok sorry, i'm not being racist or what, but that's what everyone ELSE calls the Malay Rice stall k? Besides, although MAT is pronounced "mud", but actually it means Mom's Amazing Tishes(dishes), which is actually a compliment! Mmm, kang gong and fried fish with sweet and sour sauce is my favourite! Plus a generous scoop of curry! woooot!

No.7 - Gaying in class
U people know who u are, dun need to specify. LOL (note: more than one)

No.6 - Science Tutorials
The only science subjects i take are physics and chemistry. And i mean it in a sacastic way. "I miss physics and chem" lmao

No.5 - School Events!
Orientation, Year-end Bash, Prom, everything! And i think being an OGL was one of the best things i've done. Haha!

No.4 - Lifesaving!
Every wednesday and fridays! Prefer wednesdays though, cause school ends early and we'll go to Toa Payoh Swimming complex for a dip! Hanging out with friends at the pool is more enjoyable than eating ramly burger. Yeah, it's THAT good! (Hey i'm not being sacastic lol, i really like ramly burger!)

No.3 - Bus rides home
Yea, it's the end of the the day and everyone is going home! Having fun on the bus is relaxing and fun especially with friends around!

No.2 - Chiobu sightings
Haha, what's life without the excitement of seeing eye candiess when u walk from place to place. "WHOA look! isn't that So-and-so from .... Wow, what a cute smile! goo goo gaga" Haha, just exaggerating. Shan't Divulge too much ;) (mysterious muahahaha)

LOL forgive me for posting such a (pervertic/funny) picture of YOU! Hahaha, see i even took the trouble to put a different colour to alternate letters on the title! But it's still too long so "SZEJUN" was in blue la, u like right? hahahaha

Anyway, prom's over! What a busy day. Had to go Justin's hse hours beforehand to borrow superior wax. Then I headed over to szejun house where all of us gathered to take szejun's car to Swissotel! (correction: it's szejun's MOM'S car, not his, hahaha, he just turned 18 rmb?)

Arrived at late cause Szejun Ma didn't know the route well haha. Yongjie was giving her directions and he's just started taking Driving Practical lessons. Imba driver in the making i guess. But it was alright being late cause i was squeezing in the car with eeyen haha, then happily singing to szejun's songs, which was surprisingly outdated! Lol

And szejun stood on the chair! I'm refering to a game we played then we're supposed to dress him up like a lady. But apparently no one wanted to kiss him so he didn't go on to the "finals", which was lucky cause the finalists had to do a highly sexual dance thing. (Well, of course a horny person like szejun will be up to it, but a professional doesn't always have to reveal his skills right?)

Haha, didn't bring my camera, so i had to rely on everyone else's camera! So send me pictures if u have okay.

Anyway, prom was also the night i mustered 10% of my courage to do something! (okay la, around 99%) Haha, shan't elaborate. But if u do know what i did, please keep it to yourself k! I'll appreciate that!

Actually, alot of things happened. Some are better left as sweet memories. Special thanks to everyone who made my day (esp. eeyen who encouraged me alot!). So here you go, an entire entry centered around Szejun. Friend enough? haha byee all

Holy, i woke up from a bad dream this morning.

Practically, i was teleported a few weeks back when i was still anxiously praying for A levels to end quickly! Somehow, only when u've experienced the worst, then would u appreciate what people usually refer to as mundane. So if your a boring bunch (well it's not my fault haha), it could be worse!

Oh yah..

YAY! A levels is oVeR! HAHA who's the man! Me! Hahaa, even though i should have cheered on tue.. But well.. erm.. u've to consider the feelings of bio kids who only finished their As last thurs! See! I'm being considerate! Hahaha

Haha, no more uniforms! No more lecture notes! No more Mr.. well haha ur guess (note gender!).

Lol, i remember throwing wet tissue onto the toilet ceiling when i was Pri 5! I was telling yongjie and gang that everyone was throwing it since they entered the school la. But i only threw ONCE when i was in pri 5. Damn unfair right? Lost my comparative advantage! Haha, that's one of my more memorable incidents of school life i guess.

Study Break

Today marks the first day of the official Study Break. Not very productive today, but i did found something.

So.. basically, a study break means a rest from studying? Cool right? My school actually gave us one week to take a break from studying! =D

Lol, really sian la. Kinda miss having steve and szejun sitting beside me in class. *thinks again*.. Ok maybe not :P

Well, i went to SMU last friday with steveYY. And no, i'm not joniece (steveYY's gf). Lol, basically went there for a faculty visit. Went there without seeking much, but i think i came back with more or less some motivation. At least i thought SMU was a good place, considering getting into one of the faculties there.

The trip was all ok, except we had to walk through their CCA fair that was more congested than Singapore roads in our MJ uniforms. So everyone was turning their heads to look at us. Quite cool sia. There were some tanned guys there walking around with black coloured life jackets. Don't ask me, i have no idea what in the world it's for.

Saw one at the gym, quite surprised, so i think i exclaimed like "wow! omg" lidat la. Then after that, YY was telling me the girl in front of us turned back and rolled her eyes at him. HAHA, she thought our cheeky boy YY was making all the comments. Haha, still remember what yy said "Wah lao, she look at me with that look of disgust laa"

Hehe, then there was a visitors' centre, which i signed on the guest book saying "MJ rocks, -Alan" Haha, if u happen to go there, support my cause!

Hehe, then had a hard time trying to find our way to the MRT station. There was a souvenir store which YY wanted to check out to buy a souvenir for our beloved Szejun haha. MRT was so packed the 2 guys behind us.. ok nvm, cannot make racist comments lol.

Well, then i got home and then lived safely until today lor.

Hope tomorrow brings fun and joy to my life! Wednesday going for badminton with the gays (no typo) in my class. =D bye

Last Day of CCA

Today probably marks the last day of lifesaving for the JC2s. I guess this is a really significant day (at least to me).

To be honest, i wouldn't have joined Lifesaving if not for Elmer. No offence, but i'll probably end up in Indian dance or something if not for him. I didn't had any specific idea which cca i wanted to join anyway, so i guess lifesaving could have been the best choice afterall.

After some struggles at the school library, Esmond and i were forced (by Elmer) to put lifesaving as our first choice. A few days later, i was an official lifesaving member :)

I could still remember the first day of training. I think i only had impression of two new faces. One being Jack, who unfortunately left to join Biz Club (bad choice haha). The other, a girl, whom i think is Szeying.

Haha, i guess the reason i only remember them was because Jack and I couldn't swim like 2metres without struggling, both of us always trying to grab the walls at the sides to catch our breaths.

We were like friggin pangsehed by the whole cca coz we cant friggin swim >< Moreover, i didn't know how to do a freestyle. (now, no kick already la hahah =D).

Haha, i also noticed a girl who seemingly have problems swimming. I specifically remembered cause there were only a few of us left behind, everyone seems to be able to swim without much problems. I think she was at the edge of the pool looking lost or something, so i thought maybe this person was from lifesaving too. If my memory didn't fail me, she was Szeying (i think?? O.o? Scarly Sabrina or Jiaying haha, but definitely not Yingzhen)

Also, i can't remember was it Guangwei and/or Edmund, they too struggled (but less than me and Jack of course), then we were desperately trying to crashcourse freestyle in 5mins so we can join the rest. Emily the coach didn't help much (i thought she looked like an auntie.. well, she still does look like auntie haha).

And i also remembered Karthikk coz he was the only dark guy after Sharvin the captain (and partially coz he had imba chest hair lol, i RMB!!) I carried on to meet other imba folks. Sorry i couldnt remember all the first encounters with everyone haha.

Over the years, I sure had fun. From learning Lifesaving 1 to 3, Bronze Medallion, CPR.. The choking demonstration video between Jonas and Szeying, the double J scandal, my baby airplane (??), Elmer and WenBing rivalry (which continues till today) Diwei-Sabrina scandal, then become Gavin-Sabrina scandal... Guangwei walking through the entire pool instead of swimming coz he too friggin tall... Diwei Doophin joke... Dw bang Yz incidents (initials used to protect identity)... WOW i can remember ALOT!

Everything felt like it happened just yesterday. I don't know about other ccas, but in lifesaving, we made it a point to have dinner after every wednesday training, and i think that's pretty cool (even though it stopped after the ex J2s left lol)

Over these two years, i can say that i've grown an emotional attachment to the cca, and more so to this band of friends i'm so honoured and fortunate to meet.

Today, here i am typing all these things u might see as nonsense. But one thing remains undisputed. Once a Lifesaver, never a lone saver. (copyright plx =D)

I am proud to say, I AM A LIFESAVER.

P.s. I want to confess to the people who have competed in the National Swimming competition today. U guys/girls HAVE THE GUTS MAN! I wouldn't have the courage to even swim, so u people beat me hands down in that aspect already. Even though we didn't win any medals, I'm proud of u peeps!

I guess i can say i'm disappointed with myself. Should i not? For the past week of examinations, i have been either playing at home or at somewhere else (szejun hse etc lol). I have no idea what's gone into me, but i'm not a friggin silent mugger.

Seriously, the feeling of being totally ill prepared sucks! As sucky as having Cindy Ong (nice teacher) as ur invigilator haha, just kidding la. Anyway i walked into the exam venue late yesterday, the feeling somewhat consoling. For a second, it felt like everyone understood you, understood that you are heck care.

Anyway, gg to everyone out there haha.

On a lighter note, elmer won a silver medal in the NUS Invitationals Lifesaving competition! Haha, if u've seen how easily he won the medal, u wouldn't have guessed how tense he looked before the event. Congrats nonetheless!

Anyway, mid years are over. It's time for more concrete plans of studying! There's probably 1 or 2 months till Prelims and maybe 4 months to A levels! Work hard

Why are we studying so hard..?

We all know that doing well in your studies does not guarantee a successful life. And again, a successful life does not guarantee a HAPPY life. So why are we sacrificing all these youth by studying so much and so hard?

If you are an ordinary JC student, u would spent close to 16hours of your weekday doing something academical. The rest of the time, you're sleeping.

Almost one quarter of your life is spent in school. Pre-school starts at age 5. And most people take their Masters after their Degree. So, school life ends around... age 24? Earliest.

Is that what you really want to be doing? If you happen to die tommorow, the last thing u were doing is studying. Would you die without regrets having completed 2 physics tutorials? I wouldn't. I wanna make an impact. No, i don't want to have a physics theory named after me. (Can u imagine an Alab-function?!)

Then again. studying does make the difference. Sian..

P.S. YAY! I managed to complete a post without a single "lol"!!

5 MONTHS
Yo.. da?! Lol lame. 5 months! 5 months since disappeared into oblivion(wow, that word wasn't supposed to be in my dictionary).

Hehe, so proud of myself for waking up at 2am today, considering the fact that i had been sleeping at 3am the past 2 days!! Finally gonna get an ordinary sleep cycle!

Nah, i wasn't going to go swim or something, dun siao. Had a intensely sad dream, that's all (wanna know more eh? haha).

First unimportant thing that happened today happened when i went to buy my breakfast, i got those "O.o" expression from the auntiess (note double s hehe) at the market. Or was it just me? Well thing thing is, i was probably the only teenager walking around at such an hour.. well at least i was until i saw that ngee ann girl >< And i wasn't buying fish

It's probably abit late, but congratulations to the MJ SOCCER TEAM for winning the A Division Soccer finals against VJC, emerging as national champs! Mahdi was imba la. Alan (teo) even broke 3 guy's skulls omgomg?!? (coz they cant think of a way to get past his defence la!) Haha. The matched ended with a score of 2-1 and the security guard uncle(with the lion mask RAWR)almost wanted to do that naked run that perfectly "rational" soccer fans sometimes do.. On the way out of the stadium, i "think" i even saw him shouting out of a taxi "MJ rocks" or something. And that awfully sounds like wong chee choi, our role model who puts a note "mj rocks" beside every single fullstop.

Well.. being released into our school holidays got me pondering. When we still had school, i was dying for the weekends to come. But when the holidays finally arrives, i feel like going back to school and messing around with friends.

Is this human nature? To desire what we don't have and not cherish what we do have. We tell ourselves once in a while, to cherish what we do have, but can anyone accomplish that on a regular basis?

Conclusion for 2007

I guess this would be my last post for this year. (Duh, see the word "conclusion") Lol.

This year has been quite fruitful i can say. My first 3 months was spent with fun-loving friends from TPJC (played basketball almost every other day hehe). Made many friends there, although some i haven't spoken to for a long time, but once my friend, always my "friend" (aka slave =D )

Went to MJC hesitatantly, but i haven't doubted if this was my true home ever since i stepped foot. Had great time thinking about how my new class was gonna be(YY made me so excited coz he told me we're gonna have 10girls in our class lol).

er... incase u wanna count? lol

The first time i stepped into class, i felt at home immediately coz everyone looked so friendly(no la, actually coz there's 5 ngee anns hahaha). I could still vividly remember when the whole class went to sit at the atrium so play icebreaking games(ya, so cute lol, 27 sitting in a circle volunteeringly). Oh yah and that was also went i realised there were a couple of ex-tpjcians there too (rachel & lifeng were *cough* unfortunate *cough* friends of weiqing =) )

Then there was also some black guy who doesn't know if he prefered soccer or basketball (cca basketball but loves soccer shoes?? strange guy). We know him as Dark Lord. =p

And there was also the Four Heroes (pic in fig. 1.55). Made up of Haojie the wushu hero, Kelvin the weird-weird hero, Stiff the lame-chinese hero and lastly (and leastly) Teo the rabbit. LOL

Mmm, another big event of 2007 was the Project Work. I was grouped with Eugene, Lilian, the 2 clar's, ene and ice. (Side note: Notice clarene can be spilt into Cl-Arene, aka chloride arene whatever that is, cool right?!? lol)

Spent 10 years(felt like) doing project work before finally completely it on the 30th of oct (also when i screwed up my oral presentation). Spent quality time with my groupmates even tho PW was horrible. Special thanks to Ms June Tan for her time and effort!

Had the class chalet on the 12th of Nov. Although the organisation was kinda messy, and i'm not sure if everyone liked it, but i still hoped everyone had fun, in one way or another? Lol. I would also love to salute Kelvin for organising the christmas exchange party during the chalet itself. Spending the time and effort to make everyone personalised cards, he was really very noble.

Also not to forget my CCA, The Almightly Lifesavers(also supporters of the Alab Fan Club hehe)

Had our chalet on the 10 of december. First time getting to better-know the seniors before they leave. Altho we bai bai let many chickens die(coz we wasted alot of chicken wings), i think it was quite a memorable night. Oh yah, thanks for taking unglam pics of me, i appreciate it =) (knife beneath the smile lol)

Ok.. maybe i was wrong. It was a gun. Hahaha!

Also thanks to all the teachers for making the effort to purse the noble career of teaching and enriching our lives with glorious knowledge and life experience, my name is Alan and incase ur marking the A Level scripts next year... LOL.
Thats me incase u are invigilating the A levels exams LOL.

But at least, thanks for all the time u spent on us. I respect that.

Not to forget my buddies from Ngee Ann. If ur a member of Gang Court, i wanna say, I enjoyed the weekly basketball sessions and i hope we can continue having it till maybe we're 40(when we're too old to dribble maybe?) haha.

For non-Gangcourt members(2e1, 4r2 friends), i wanna say, it was cool knowing u =). U can find me when i'm 80 years old or what, i'll still remember u =)

Mmm, not sure if i've missed out anything. If i've missed u out, at least... at least i've missed u! (ok.. not funny lol). Bless u for the upcoming year and have a great day ahead like what the MJ councillors always say. BYE!

Weird People At Temasek Club

Seriously... i think today 犯太 sui4...

Went to save lives at Temasek Club today. I was fooled by the great breeze there. I thought it was gonna rain! Haha, not because i want the pool closed so i can slack. I hoped it rained so that nobody will come to swim. With nobody swimming, nobody will drown! Aaahh ;) How noble of me eh..? Haha Lol :P

Certainly was i fooled. It wasn't a good day. It was my last day working there. They weren't gonna let me off so easily.

Freaking GAY was back! (lemme explain, oh btw purple for gay haha)

Haiz, it's a long story. I only decided to blog about this because i'm no longer working there... It all started 50 years ago... (more accurately, it's 1month ago :P)

I was working there for the 1st time. It was raining. Heavily, it rained...

So i was a first timer, obviously very nervous. So this kind(i doubt) waiter came to talk to me. I thought what, nice guy...

AFTER that, every subsequent time, everytime he walk pass, he'll stroke my (mascular) back. No kidding. Once he even tricked me into showing him my phone. Then he looked at all my pictures. That basterd.

So i started getting wary. I sat at the opposite side of the pool. As far away as i could.

But today, i accidentally blurted out that it was my last day (holy shit). Guess what he did. He keep irritating me. He even said "I'm gonna miss u" (but that's cause he's going back to his native country, before he knew it was my last day). Fucking deep shit i'm in.. (see usually i dun use the crude word)

One more ridicules case was when he beckoned me over. I didn't want to (of course). But he got to me instead... (shit)

Turned out he wanted to ask me about a song (relief). So he tooked out his phone and played a song. He said he couldn't tell if it was a chinese or what. Then he asked if i knew what the song was talking about, and if i knew the song name.

So i listened...

FUCK, the song was friggin 80% english la... It was a love song. Throughout the entire song, it was singing "I'm waiting for u... I'm waiting for u..."

SHIT!

Of course i feigned ignorance. Said i dunno. And i just walked away (in a hurry)...

Lucky for me, it was my last day there. Haha! Good luck to Elmer and Esmond who will be there a couple more times hahaha!

But the day wasn't all that scary. But there was something seriously wrong with that place. The whole horde of weird people...

There was this middle age guy (i call him walkman) who came to swim..? So he slided into the pool. Thought he was gonna swim 50laps or something (just like the other middle age men always do). He jus walked..

For an entire hour, he walked round and round the pool. Seriously la.. He walked maybe... 50laps? Lol. Felt like screaming in his face: Do u know u dun need water to jog? U know that u dun need a 30m swimming pool to walk in circles?!? Arghh....

Lol actually no "arghh" , it was kinda funny. I was laughing the whole thing and he didn't even know i was laughing at him :P

And there were the doorgirls! Yah, that's what i called them. Haha, 2 cute girls who played at the children pool. Somehow there were invisible doors all around the pool that i couldn't see. Everytime any of them wanted to enter the pool, they had to open the "door" lol. As in, they did the open-door-knob action. Then they jus kept laughing! Haha!

Last but not least, there was turtlegirl. She and her few overaged friends was screaming at the playground, dunno what they doing. When they were leaving. She said "bye" to a frigging turtle. It was such a SINCERE bye la... gosh...

Yo, i'm baaaaacck! Haha, was at OGL camp from friday morning till sunday afternoon!

Whoa, just came back from noblistic lifeguard duties at temasek club. Still feeling fresh cause i slept for 15hrs straight the night before! Envy bah? Hehe

OGL camp, to be honest, was not really as fun as i imagined. But still... mmm... but still... i rock! Hahahaha!

Seriously sway on the first day. I was the icebreaker ic and i had to try out my proposed game. Turned out waaay bad. I intended for 10mins for my game. It finished in 3... seconds. During debriefing, we were supposed to reflect on what went right. Everyone was like "Everything but alan!!" Lol (And for the rest of the camp, i was suaned like siao la)

MMM was quite a disaster actually. Camped at Toapayoh stadium for 9hrs but only 1 team came to visit. (but haha, got some quite chio de ogl there, so it's worth it)

Mass dance was complicated. They did some fusion-ing instead of seperate dances. But there seemed like no more couple dance!!?! Why?!? Sorry, Victoria students =( Lol

Then there was a new dance that was totally new. Yah, totally, new, new, dance. Lol, see the double "new"? Extra emphasis. Super complicated la... Ur supposed to put ur head on the floor and jump into the air. And it was so difficult u didn't realise i was kidding! Lol and erm... (marlisa and chingying the councillors dance sui sui). ;)

Wet and wild was wet and wild! Duh? Haha, Zaki even had time to catch the golden snitch. You know? Harry Potter? Snitch? Haha, it's just dragonflies :P

Been working as a lifeguard for 4 days in a row le. This made realise how hard it is to slack! (Yah, not kidding, you look shocked) But how can anyone endure slacking! It's soo boring, how do u manage to actually slack?! It's not enjoyable nor fun. No to U Slacking! NUS! :P

Last Saturday was awesome. Was working from 2.30 to 9pm at Temasek Club. YES, lifeguard duties. Thought my life was ending until around 7:33:55pm when 3 kids (acquainted last week) decided to play with me! Haha, been a while(maybe 50 years) since i played with primary school kids!

Haha, of course being a person responsible and commited to my job, i decided to not play with them when they asked me. But in the end they started splashing water at me, so... bo bian. =D

We played hide-and-seek 1st! Was funny, i thought i knew exactly where they went(coz i was peeking while counting from 1 to 10), but it turned out to be a decoy! They purposely ran up the 2nd floor from 1 staircase to make me think they were there. Turned out they left through the other stairway and was hiding somewhere else! Since when did kids these days become so smart? O.o

Later we even played splashing water. Was running around the pool, roaring with laughter =P, they were shooting water at me with their watergun(not the pervertic watergun). Haha, kinda ironic to see a lifeguard running around the pool, but... ok nvm. OKOK SRY! BAD EXAMPLE! DON'T TRY THIS AT THE POOL! Sorry la..

Well, just as i thought they were gonna settle down at the jacuzzi, oouch. Turned out they were loading their guns with hot water from the jacuzzi lol! So cuute la, they were 3 of them, 9- 10 year olds. Haha, so much fun!

And of course my courage for running around the dangerous poolside cannot be ignored! Today IN THE NEWS!

YO! It's the end of the week omg omg!! Wouldn't it be wonderful if u can just laze around and do nothing for once? Well, it just might not be possible for a typical MJC student. Long story - my principal gave a talk this wednesday. According to her, we have only 3 full days for each subject to study for Promos!! Whoa.. 1...2...3... over!

If i'm not wrong, God took 6 days to create the Earth. That means:

Time for Earth to be created = Time to study 2 JC subjects

Wow. Maybe we do have alot of time.

Anyway, u might be wondering what's with the title - "Protrait of the Empress?". Well, it's pretty random. I was browsing the MJC Leisure and Learning Portal Site (Yah i know, leisure vs learning = contradicting). But well, was looking at the pictures... and i realised something.

LTC - Gandhis rock!

Hah, really sorry for depriving u of high quality entertainment! Actually it was all planned that i didn't blog, coz i had u guys at heart - i didn't want u guys to be sooo addicted to my blog then later u all cannot survive without me :P hehe

Hah enough of bullshitting. Basically i was at the LTC or Leadership Training Camp!! And there u see it - The Magnificant Gandhi Flag! (aka Alan's Fellowship Flag ;) )

The Camp was great!

On the first day, there was Team building Games (or torture)! I remembered we were only at our first station and we suffered humongous casualties! We were down to 5 members!! (And pai seh to Charlene - think i pull the rope too fast or something, she got a terrible rope burn i think)

At night we had lectures. And i spent the quality time lizard gazing!(P.S. Charmaine is scared of lizards!) Haha, spotted a few without their tails, maybe i was too intimidating ;) or my reiatsu aka spirit power too strong ;)

2nd day was.. Yah! Fear Factor! Whoa this was scary and i almost cried like a sissy boy (note "ALMOST", meaning i didnt). For ur sake, i shall not narate the day (scared u cry) . Then there was the screening of "Remember the titans"

3rd day was dragon boating and Can't-Remember.

And on the fourth day, there was sand-castle building which i spent most of my time transporting water from the sea to the castles. To be honest, i did that because it's damn shiok when the waves zoom past ur legs! (Qahha was equally guilty).

What i learnt - I guess i wasn't very participative in the discussions. Haiz. Maybe i was new to this leadership thing? I dunno.

Generally, i LOVED the camp! Special thanks to Becky(Boss rocks), Charlene(Need to be more daring or else forever bimbo :P), Rachel (baby face! hah), Kelly (Scandal with Ryan), Si En(Gratz for winning the Rock climbing challenge!), Steph (Scandal with Mr Hon?!?! lol), Charmaine (Lizards yum yum), Lois (Uber random lame lame), Jiabin(soccer soccer star star!), Ryan (scandal with Kelly), Fadhly(Buto boy!), Qahha(Melayu Convention!), Jonas(Huge Teh teh ;)!)! and Satiya (although u didn't come) for being such great teammates!

On first look, u think he's just an innocent sleepy teacher.

Music Extraodinaire + Hectic Week

Long time no see! Seems like years since i last blogged.

It has been a hectic week, Had 12 tests altogether - Econs, Napfa 5 stations, Atomic Structure, Lifesaving 1 2 3, Math, 2.4!

Haha, 1st, let's talk about Napfa. I passed with a silver! Woot! Well, it may not be much to u, but for a sports deprived (choir) boy like me, napfa was difficult. But nvm, i passed and i'm happy! :D

Also, on Wednesday, i had my lifesaving 1, 2 and 3 tests. Although it was simpler than writing "simple", i was still quite delighted that i passed the exam. Also, congratulations to Yingzhen, Jiaying, Szeying, Sabrina, Edmund, Weijie, Gavin, Jonas, Guangwei for also passing the test with me!

Moreover, there was an election thing for the class committee on thursday. Quite pleased to say, i was voted as the class rep for now, much thanks for my class for being so supportive (bleh :P lol). However, i still hope that i'll get into lifesaving's EXCO. Then i can return the CG rep role to Bryan (see, so nice right? ;) )

Lol what a way to start this entry! Going straight to the point, i went to watch spiderman 3 this wednesday!! Huehaha, although i watched it with 2 boring guys (Elmer and Esmond), the movie was nonetheless rocky! (rocky means the movie rocks ;) )

Something i realised! Somehow the biggest difference between the good spiderman and the slightly one, is the fringe!!?

Greetings! Guess ur really looking forward to this new entry! Lol. And special thanks Lingfeng for ur support :P YY say u bias btw.

Haha, curious why i started this entry with a lovely enchanting young lady? Yah! Coz shes soo cute!! And i'm loving the show Condor Heros already. Great cast i think. ;)

Class Outing

This tuesday which was Labour Day, i had an awesome class outing (erhem).

People who came: Alan Teo, Kelvin, Samuel, Rachel, Mabel, Clarice, Clarene, Sze Jun, Jonny(Jon), Eeyen, Yinyong and last but extraodinarily, Me. ;)

Started with meeting at the MRT station, then we proceeded to T Mall. Had my lunch with the Alan Teo and Kelvin before heading to the arcade to join Rachel, Mabel, Clarice and Samuel (note gender :P).

Basket... Played Marvel Versus Capcom. Tio thrash in the 1st stage!! OMG omg?!?! Lol. See how the game markers suan the losers? The characters have to pose until like that sia... grrr lol

Oh yah! And Rachel crashed me 3 times during Daytona!?!? 3 TIMES!! Kelvin crashed me once only. Girl power? dun think so :P

After Clarene arrived, we headed towards Douby Guat (spelling?). On the train, we were playing alot of qian bian games... Then i really dun understand, so just stand there and act dumb lor... :'(

Well, it has been a busy day, reached home at almost 8, but i decided to blog first in case yinyong steals my idea! Lol, here it goes.

Well basically Yinyong and I were talking about height and stuff la, not sure how it started either. But then we were saying, Weiqing so tall, 186cm , dunno how he gonna kiss his girlfriend. (something like that).

Then i carried on to talk about Yinyong and You-know-Who. Then blah blah blah, usual stuff. And Yinyong is quite happy he's slightly taller than You-know-Who, then no problems having "The Contact" la.

Lol, then dunno why, talk and talk and talk, suddenly talk about Someone-You-shouldn't-know-about. Then Yinyong asks, how tall is she, blah blah blah.

I don't know why either, but this super cool ultra sleek poetic sentence came outta me, "In my heart, she is the tallest cause she stands out from the rest."

Haha, cool right?!?! (This is the time u nod ur head)

Well, Yinyong being Yinyong, u know the kind of blog-conclusion messages he likes to type? Eg. "My aiming sucks coz i can't stop missing you" etc? Yea, i thought he might try to put this, so in case ur wondering where it came from, it came from me!!

Woot! No wait, no woot. Woot was for yesterday. Let's start with today. Woke up at 12pm (as usual), had my breakfast and went straight for homework! Huehaha, couldn't believe it myself, i actually did my homework! Wow...

And great news (i suppose), Jessica Tan won Miss Singapore Universe! I think she was gorgeous! 2nd was ... err... forgot, but damn chio also lol. Yah yah i know, despite the homework, i went ahead to watch the show. What can i say?

Chill out day was yesterday. Went to play basketball as usual, except elmo decided to mug at home lol.

Random School Day!

It has been a great day today! Except it wasn't that great.

Left for home early in the morning. Was quite happy coz i completed most of my homework the previous day. Then happily walked to the bus stop, half wondering why the air smells great.

Then walk walk walk. Saw a smokers metres away. I dunno about u, but my natural reaction was to take a deep breath before walking past that son of a... erm.. his mom.

Then wow, finally over. So happy, continue walking...

Finally reached the bus stop, breathless. Why? Met 2 other smokers on the way! Wah lao... totally breathless sia! It was almost worse than drowning. Perhaps the Anti-smoking ads can use my story. ;)

Was late for school today, and i was proud of it.

Latecomers are given a slip of paper where they write their particulars and the reason for being late. I wrote, "Wait for friend." Lol, and it's true!

Reached the bus stop at the time where i can be 20mins early for school when i reached the school itself. Then ... aiya long story. Then missed the early bus, and the later buses were full. So sway lor.

It says "2/8" lol. Scary. First time i failed something so terribly. I miss the primary school grading system where they put stars or stickers if u do something tremendously well. Then even if u don't , they'll paste a sticker that says "Well Done!" (as in sarcastic "well done" lol)

Movie Marathon

Movie Marathon

Hello people! Thank me! cause i manged to find time in my ever-so-busy schedule to make a post on the movie marathon thing. (Well, can't help it if i'm such a nice guy :P lol okok just kidding k?)

Anyway, what happened was, I started leaving for school only at 9.15. (supposedly 8 de, but went to watch the music show on channel U with zhang shaohan as the special guest). Realised her voice was superb and she's quite cute lol.

Meet yongjie at the bus stop, so no choice, take bus with him lor (haha jk la, yongjie).

After reaching the school, we realised that we had to register. In the dark atmosphere, the girl over the counter was desperately trying to read. Then she read Yongjie's name as Eeyen if i'm not wrong. Lol, poor thing.

First movie was Rob-b-hood. Well, it was adorable, i mean the kid (and the lead actress also :P). Then there were many comedic scenes. And it was reallly enjoyable.

This was followed by Silk. Whoa whoa. Starting was really misleading, dunno what they were talking about. Coz they show the ang moh, then suddenly show a japanese talking about anti-gravity.

Ok, u might have heard from other blogs (maybe), that i fell down while watching the show. Let me explain!

I wanted to stand up and stretch my legs. And when i was doing there, I slipped over a ghostly puddle of water....

...

OK OK! I tio fright! Cannot arh? lol. It was really frightening la, especially when the ghost kid suddenly popped outta nowhere.

Then there was Curse of the Golden Boobs, Huo Yuanjia and lastly Shang Cheng.

Golden Boobs was boring... and filled with cleavages. Fell asleep not long after. Then watched the whole huoyuanjia and slept thru Shangcheng. Then too tired, cannot tahan anymore, went home only to realise the back gate was locked. So i took a detour and went around the school.

After waking up, i went to a swim with elmer and 2 esmonds (one is elmo's bro). Then pangseh weichao at the gym. (Sorry arh :P)

A billion apologies! I've been really really really busy the past few days i really didn't have the time to even turn on the comp. Ok la, i did. I even signed in msn and appear offline so nobody can come chit chat with me lol.

Let me start blogging a different way. I won't type one whole chunk then followed by pictures. Instead. I'll blog as we look through my wonderful photographs!

Lol k la, they are actually plainly playing games during compasss(life-skill or something) class. Speaking of which, i paired up with Audrey to playing some 1 2 3 game, followed by Da chang jin game lol. Really strange la.

And yesterday, i had my first lifesaving-water-session. Basically, i didn't die. But it was pretty much screwed even though i survived.

I forgot all my strokes, even the breast stroke. Luckily Elmer helped me most of the time, correcting my strokes. So thank you very much, Elmo! :D

Then Esmond lost his entire shoebag. Including his glasses in it, so he had to get some temporary lens for today's physics test.

Before i go on into that... I'm just really... stunned. Who would want a Vincitore shoebag with toiletries man... Well, unless ur really in need of toiletries. Lol. But then esmond really sway la. First time swimming there then lidat liao.

CCA, Back to TPJC

Back to TPJC and My CCA results release!

Basically as the title says, i went back to tpjc YESTERDAY! Supposedly there to study with Desmond, Yingzhen, Zimin, Leekiang, Darrell and Yongjie.

First Few people i saw was Ziqi, Alina and Qiuyu. Saw them from the canteen. They were walking from the B block towards the hall. It was quite a far distance and i was pretty shy(seems unreal, but it's true), so i didn't approach them.

I smsed a lot of my so called friends in tpjc. But in the end, none of them replied my smses...

After a long period of time, wilson then replied, saying "As if i care. Lol" . WAH LAO!! is that how u treat a VIP guest and visitor from another school?!!?

Then in the end, my better friends from my PAE class replied! Nicholas TAN! lol. Then i walked to the hall to find them. Saw Nicholas TOH and Weichao! Then they look damn happy to see me (of course la ;) ). But then their teacher was calling them, so they rushed off leaving me behind. Same for Nicholas TAN after i found him.

Left with no apparent choice, i returned to the "Study group" in the canteen. Weiqing came after a while. Told me Lifeng and Rachel (my current classmates) also came back... "to look for him cause he too shuai" <--- what he said. He invited me to follow them to the renown bubble tea shop nearby, but i didn't go. It's clearly a trap la, he wanna suan me in front of his class!!!

After a while, Leekiang and Zimin wanted to go buy bubble tea also. So i escorted them there, half wanting to see what Weiqing and company were doing. Lol then Leekiang kept acting cute (ok la, really cute lol), then very funny.

Then went home early to jog with Justin.

Had Meet-the-Parent thing today. Was quite a boring day, but the principal's talk was pretty cool. Then we were supposed to take our parents to meet our Civics tutor....

Whoa how tough... Had to look into the midst of people for Mr Gan. Then had to stare at him long enough before he realised i was his student... Lol. Then he called me Jun Kang, wtf?

With due respect to Jun Kang, i mean... i don't even look close to Jun Kang la... Can call me Wang Dongchen or Wuzun i don't mind mah, even Allen Iverson is alright... but Jun Kang?!?! LOL!! jk la. Apologies to all Wang Dongchen and Wuzun fans. >.<

CCA!!

Zzzz, been really busy these days - not doing tutorials! Woot! Doesn't that prove that MJC is not a mugging school? Hah.

Today was CCA choosing day. Went around the school looking at the different booths. Nothing interesting except at the canoing booth. Was looking at their medals. They had those big screens, playing videos of their "fun". Then the screen fell on one of the guy's head! Damn funny la, he didn't even see it coming lol.

Being a nice guy, of course i went to help, even though i had no intentions of joining canoing due to their hectic practices.

In the end, i didn't take a close look at any booth except the life-saving one. Elmo was so enthusiastic in wanting to join lor. Then in then end, the 3 of us, Elmo, Esmond and me put our names down.

Then Elmo was afraid that i might put some CCA as my 1st choice, so he decided that we ALL go to the library. So i could register right under his eyes...

Anyway, i put 1st choice as Life-Saving, and the 2nd and 3rd being basketball recreation team and health-and-fitness respectively.

Second and Third Day of Orientation!

Woot! Once again, welcome to MY BLOG! Been busy the last few days, it was crazy!

Soo... on the 2nd day, there was MMM (boooo). I forgot what do all the "M"s mean, but it's probably moronic something something.

Left the school at 9.30. They dismissed us so late that by the time we took a step outta school, we were already 30 minutes behind schedule..

The third day of orientation was by far the best.

After everything ended, we were dismissed. Went to Elmer's hse to bathe. (Thanks elmo!) Then had lunch and went back to school to take a short nap at a quiet corner.

After napping, i went to check out what the rest of the class was doing....

Hello!

Mmm, perhaps it's the blog drought, i forgot how to start my introduction on this blog entry. But anyway, had my MJ orientation today! Day 1!

Let's just say it wasn't as great as i imagined it would be, but it was still a fruitfull day. Haha, i wouldn't elaborate on why it was a fruitfull day :P

Well, it started with a long admin thing, then ice breakers, mass dance(WOOO!), CSI, mass dance(more WOOO!) and home!
