Incredible Tales Today i watched the incredible tales on channel 5. It was an episode on an indian couple. Apparently, the wife "unintentionally" spitted on some tree and angered a spirit who proclaimed the tree as its territory. She lost her child and got possessed until a medium came to applease the spirit by praying. What i'm trying to say is, this story is definitely ridiculous. If spitting can anger spirits, wouldnt chinese tourist or even singaporean "ah pek"s be haunted for life? I mean... most of them just spit around the neighbourhood even though they know it's rude and illegal (YES, even with the $500 fines for spitting). Well, people shouldnt spit and Incredible Tales should be more incredible than that, right? What an irony, perhaps even spirits are racist. Or even the show is racist?! |
